Oil Field Development
The Project aims at utilizing oil fields discovered south of the country to increase the Sultanate's production of crude oil with an amount of 80 thousand barrel per day by the second half of 1980. The Project involves digging a number of production wells in Amal and Marmul Fields and setting up a network of pipelines and pumping plants to transit the production to the capital Port. It also includes collection and treatment centers and residential communities.
