For Morocco, tourism is a strategic sector and contributes significantly to the national economy. The UAE provided a grant to establish a cultural monument in which works of art could be presented and showcased to visitors from all over the world. The project included constructing showrooms, administration and service buildings, in addition to parking lots and other facilities.
